Terms and Conditions

  1. A minimum of 1 hour notice (between 8am - 10pm) is required to cancel a scheduled pick up without a cancellation fee. Less than 1 hour notice will attract a cancellation fee which will equate to 80% of the fare charge. Any booking that is cancelled between 10pm - 8am will also attract an 80% cancellation fee.
  2. All no-shows must be paid for in full.
  3. Wait times are charged as follows: First 10 minutes of waiting time is free of charge and every minute thereafter is charged at $1.00/minute + GST.
  4. Toll charges are included in all quoted prices and in our Rate Schedule list.
  5. Airport fees and parking are also included in all quoted prices. Please be advised that all trips FROM the airport will incur a $4.00 surcharge being for Airport Parking Fees.
  6. Gratuities/tips are left to the discretion of the customer however are not expected or insinuated.
  7. Omega Chauffeurs does not charge any Fuel Surcharges.
  8. Credit Card payments will incur a 10% processing fee (as is standard practice for all taxi/limousine services).
  9. The minimum hourly rate is $77.
  10. Each stop (up to five minutes) will incur a $5.00 fee. Longer stops will be charged as waiting time ($1.00/min + GST).
  11. Customers are met at the Chauffeur Meeting Point at Melbourne Airport with their names displayed on a sign.
  12. Time is charged from time of pick up.
  13. Additional Charges:
    • A $5.00 surcharge is applied to all customers arriving on an International Flight.
    • Prices for special events (eg. Spring Carnival, Grand Final, New Years Eve etc..) are set according to market demand and supply at time of booking.
    • Vehicles required between 12:00am (midnight) – 5:00am will incur a 20% surcharge (as is standard practice for all axi/limousine services).
